HOW IT WORKS

Every new prospective client receives a FREE 30 minute consultation! This is to determine the client's goals, past experience with exercise, as well as any injuries I should be aware of before training begins. 

 

Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle building, injury management, or you simply want to move better, I can be of service! I have worked with all kinds of people over the years. Some wanted to lose some weight, while others were trying to rehabilitate serious injuries. With hard work, consistency, patience, and the right guidance, all goals can be reached. 

 

I offer training out of Millennium Place in Sherwood Park. For more information about the facility, click here

 

I also offer Mobile Personal Training. With this service, I travel to the client and train them in the comfort of their own home! To learn more about this option, click here
